Public shelter - Serbia

(2013) Public shelter of Kraljevo where dogs live in very sad conditions ... the dogs do not have basic veterinary care ... in fact, they rarely survive this animal prisons.

There are also Serbian towns in which local authorities put stray dogs to unregistered lagers (killing shelter). The movie shows dogs who have been captured and placed in these so-called "death boxes" (2011).
