Public shelter - Georgia

Kutaisi is a town in Georgia where the authorities has established a shelter for animals, which in fact is an end station where animals are dumped to waste away and die alone. The animals are left without water (dirty water), or food - trapped in torture chambers. The shelter is full of faeces and the building has become unsanitary. Shelters are at three locations in Georgia, animals living outside are treated brutally and cruelly.
