Pet shops
Japanese Pet Shop Puppy Mill - European citizens, and especially in Western Europe - citizens living in a world where they think that no animals are suffering and that there are no puppy farms and no pet stores that sell dogs and cats in showcases ...... not in Europe anyway....... but, they can not be more wrong.
The EU and Europe still living in a cave stage in terms of animal welfare - especially when it comes to breeding and sales - the movie from Japan might as well be from any country in the EU and Europe, except Scandinavia, and some Western European countries, which has a very highly regulated animal welfare.
There is absolutely no justification for dealing with companion animals (or any animal) legally in this cruel way - there are no laws in the world that ethically can defend this profitable business - and while this crazy selling and buying mania going on, starving and suffering, Europe's approximately 100 million homeless cats and dogs. Where are the politicians? where are the EU? where are the journalists?

How strange and weird - to sell companion animals in cages in a store, like buying a bag of crisps - you just have to choose your taste, pay and go - no controls whatsoever, either before or after the sale, if the animal is doing well .....just pure cruelty and profit.
Angel was a baby Goffin's cockatoo bred at PetSmart supplier Rainbow World Exotics. This breeding mill churns out baby birds and mammals for pet stores, treating them like merchandise. Angel was denied veterinary care, handled roughly, and ultimately neglected to death - Source: PeTA
How odd and cramped - poor animals ...... Hong Kong Market pet store with kittens and puppies.
"(How Much Is) That Doggie in the Window?" is a popular novelty song published as having been written by Bob Merrill in 1952 and very loosely based on the folk tune, Carnival of Venice. The original, recorded by Patti Page on December 18, 1952 - Sorry animals, not much has advanced in the human brain - it runs slow ......
Cyprus - The Pet Centre has been designed based on the highest European standards and offered visitors the opportunity to meet the dogs, cats, birds, fish, small and exotic animals which have made Little Monsters their home.
Greece -This is a video that sympathize for children with disabilities - the strange thing is that it is illegal for children in Greece to buy animals without adult permission - but here it is apparently ok (?) to buy a dog like you buy a candy bar in the kiosk.
Italy - Confiscated puppies from a pet store, it seems that the license is not correct and / or that the puppies are sick - either way, the pet shop business are also allowed in Italy.
