This is animal welfare in Spain, an EU Member State since 1986 - a so-called modern and civilized country - Tenerife, a tourist paradise where the sun, the beaches and the drinks attracts - while dogs dies of neglect in the desolate mountains and hidden backyards.
After the hunt returning the survivors to the same life in this misery, those who hunted bad, gets abandoned in rural areas and left to die.
