Dogs suffering on a large scale in the EU and Europe - the countries' responsible politicians do not care that the animals suffer, they do not follow their own animal welfare laws. The EU can not do anything for the companion animals - they are not included in the treaties - they are the excluded animals.
We have now suggestions on two powerful EU citizens' initiative regarding companion animal emergency situation and the absence of welfare in many member states.
